European Medicines Agency Seeks Feedback on New Concept Paper for Radiopharmaceuticals

The European Medicines Agency has released a concept paper for public consultation, focusing on the clinical evaluation of therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals (tRPs) in oncology. This paper aims to identify unique considerations for tRPs to support the future development of a guideline that will complement existing guidance on anticancer drugs. The guideline will address key legislative concepts and adapt to recent advancements and changing practices in radiopharmaceuticals. Stakeholders are invited to submit feedback by January 31, 2025. Personal data of respondents may be processed in accordance with the EMA’s privacy policies.¹
