This initiative is set to expedite innovation and breakthroughs for Ginkgo’s clients across various sectors like pharmaceutical research, agriculture, industrial manufacturing, and biosecurity.

By designating Google Cloud as its primary cloud services provider, Ginkgo aims to significantly bolster its next-generation cloud computing resources, strategically positioning both itself and its clientele to adapt to the expanding demand for cloud computing. Additionally, Google Cloud has pledged financial support to assist Ginkgo in reaching specific milestones over the next three years. This commitment underscores Google Cloud’s dedication to advancing foundation models within the life sciences sector, with Ginkgo being chosen as a key collaborator in cultivating this ecosystem.
